The Intro Page is a static introduction page that is not part of the original PDF. Unlike the rest of the PDF, this page does not flip and stays fixed on screen. It is commonly used to display instructions, welcome messages, or other important information related to your digital edition.
Needs to be a single-page PDF.
The dimensions of the intro page should match the size of your main PDF file.
Open Edition Tools.
Select your Template and the desired Edition.
Switch to the tab labeled “Add Intro Page.”
In the dropdown menu, choose “Custom.”
Upload your single-page PDF.
Once the file is uploaded, you can:
Add links
Embed video clips
Just like you would for any other page in the digital edition.
You also have the option to reuse an existing Intro Page. This is helpful when:
Re-uploading a PDF file
Using the same Intro Page across multiple editions
Select the Template and Edition where you want to copy the Intro Page to.
In the dropdown menu, choose “From Existing.”
In the Selected Image box, click the arrow to view available images.
Tips:
The green highlighted box allows you to type and search by the name of the image.
The red highlighted box shows the preview of the currently selected image.
Once you select the image, it will appear in the Selected Image box.
To copy the Intro Page to all editions in the template, check the box labeled “Copy All.”
To copy it to just one edition, leave the box unchecked.
Click the orange “Copy to selected editions” button..
