Copy Links

You can copy links from one edition to another by using this tool. This is useful if you have a lot of links in the original edition that you would like to copy to the new edition, without having to redo all the links manually.

To Access the tool:

Go to Multimedia Manager

Go to Advance Tools

Here you will find the "Copy Links" option.

To use this tool, click Copy Links. When the box pops up, you will see the Source edition (that's the old edition) and the Target edition (the new edition):

Choose which Source edition and Target edition you need to copy links from and to, what page the links should start on, and press Copy Links. Once it is done, you will receive confirmation and close this window.

In addition to copying URL links, you can also copy multiple types of links such as Go To Page, Video Pop Up, Audio, and more.

To use this, simply check the box or boxes you need to copy to and from, then click Copy Links. Once it is done, you will receive confirmation and close this window.
