If you have links, pop-up video icons, or other multimedia content that you would like to copy and paste to several other pages, there is an easy way to do this! Use the Copy/Paste button to easily copy links and paste them throughout the catalog. Here's how to use it:
1. Navigate to the Multimedia Manager:
2. Draw the link around the object you want to link to:
3. Go to the Copy/Paste button under Link Shape:
4. Click on the Copy Function:
4. Copy the link to where you want to place it, whether on the same page or by flipping through the pages.
You can select the page you want by clicking on the navigation bar to select the page you want:
5. Once you know where you want to place the copied link, press the Paste button:
6. Now your link is copied and pasted on the page:
You can repeat these steps for every link or icon you want to easily copy and paste from one page to the next.
