Help Data

In this article, we will go over the Help Data tab and icon . We will discuss how to hide it or modify it, according to your needs.

To access the Help Data button, first navigate to the Design Template button:



Click on the Help Data tab:


 
Select the template:


You will see three options displayed under the drop down menu:


Hide Help Data Icon:


If you would like to hide the Help Data icon, simply select Hide from the drop down menu and click Save to save your selection:




Create External URL:

If you want to use the Help Data icon, you may want to direct your instructions to an external URL, or web page, that opens in a new web tab. To do this, choose External URL from the drop down menu:



Enter the URL in the box:



Click Save to save your selection.

Pop Up:

 You can completely modify and edit the content within the Help Data icon if you want to utilize it within the viewer. 

To access the pop up, choose Pop Up from the drop down menu:


                                         

 Each section populates with a Title bar and Content bar:
    
Each section can be edited according to what you need. Or, you can leave the content as is. 

To edit, click inside each box, the Title or Content box, and type the content you want. 

Scroll down to visit each section to add, replace, or remove content as needed. 

Add Title Button:

There is an Add Title button as well, that allows you to add your own content box:



Once you click that Add Title button, the new Title and Content box pops up and you can add the completely new content that you need.

Delete Sections:

If you need to delete the sections, as mentioned, this is accomplished easily.  Click the X in the topmost right corner of each section box . This deletes the section.

When you are done, make sure to press Save to save your work before you exit.
