Uploading a CSV File to Update Order Form Technology

What Is Order Form Technology?

Order Form Technology allows clients to place an order directly from a digital catalog by selecting their preferred products. Once submitted, the company receives the request, and the client gets a confirmation email with the order details.

In this article, we’ll walk you through how to link your products to the order form using a CSV file.

There are two possible setups:

Edition Level: If you want to apply the order form on certain editions only. The CSV is uploaded directly into each edition using the Multimedia Manager.
Template Level: If you want the order form to be applied on all editions from a template, you will upload your CSV in Order Form Management section.
