My Account Status is "Expired"

If your account status shows expired, there are a couple reasons:

1. You did not renew your subscription
2. You renewed your subscription but we did not yet receive payment
3. We made a mistake (we are utilizing humans over here, not robots, so it happens!) and did not update your subscription.

If your subscription is expired due to reasons number 2 and 3, you can still upload and publish normally, an expired subscription will not stop you from utilizing the platform, as we only deactivate accounts that are not renewing with us. Feel free to reach out to support@dcatalog.com if you have any questions!
