The Product Management section is designed for managing the Order Form technology within the DCatalog platform. Here, clients can manage their products, such as adding new products or downloading the entire product list, as well as view their order list under the Wishlist section.
For clients using both Order Form and Catalog Automation technologies, the Product Management section is still available. However, it is recommended that clients upload products using the Catalog Automation data file to maintain organization under a single source.
Basic Steps:
Login to the admin platform and navigate to Main Navigation bar on the left hand side.
Click on Product Management:
Select the appropriate template and upload your CSV data file into that template.
To replace old links with new ones, check the option "Update and replace all product links from catalogs:"
When you are ready with your file, click Upload to complete the steps.
If you're using the Product Management system to host image URLs for your Catalog Creation project, simply copy the URL of the image you added and include it in your parent CSV file.
Avoid downloading the CSV file from the project management system for re-upload to the catalog creator, as the data fields may not map correctly. Instead, use the feature to grab the hosted image URL and insert it into your external CSV file with the correct fields.
