Activating, Scheduling, and Deleting Editions

How to Activate / Deactivate an Edition? 

To make an edition live, use the Active toggle available on your main dashboard under My Editions.

1. Slide the toggle to the right to activate the edition and make it publicly accessible.
   
2. Slide the toggle to the left to deactivate the edition and take it offline.

This allows you to quickly control when an edition is available without deleting it or making permanent changes.

How to Schedule an Edition? 

From your main Dashboard, scroll down to the My Editions section and click the Calendar icon for the edition you want to schedule. When the Schedule Edition window opens, use the calendar and time selectors to set when the edition should go live and when it should be taken offline.

We recommend a time buffer between scheduling pieces of content to be activated and deactivated, so your content doesn't experience any downtime.

How to Delete an Edition? 

To delete an edition, locate it under My Editions on your Dashboard and click the Delete (trash can) icon. If you later need access to a deleted edition, simply contact our support team and we’ll be happy to restore it for you.
