Simplify your content presentation with Categories in the Library Rack:
Setting Up Your Virtual Library
1. Request Activation
Contact your Project Manager (PM) or Account Owner to enable the Virtual Library for your account.
2. Access the Library
Once activated, "My Library" section will appear within My Editions.
To create the categories, go to My Editions-->My Library-->Categories.
Choose the Template the category will be under.
Name the Category and press the green plus sign:
Do this as often as needed to create your categories:
Click the Show Category Tab to show the category tab within your library. If you don't want to show it, leave it unchecked.
Once you have added all of the categories needed under each template, press Save and exit out of this section. You can now go to the Library section and organize your content into the categories.
Show Filter Page
Click the Show Filter Page to show the filter page to filter categories. Leave it unchecked if you do not want to show it.
Additionally, when you click the Show Filter Page button, you will activate the Quick Links and Icons set.
To do this, click on the Show Filter Page button:
The Quick Links and Icons set will populate:
Check each icon or link set to activate these icons in the library:
Once you choose the links or icons that you want, click Save.
Here is what the Quick Links and Icons set looks like within the Library:
Users can click on these icons in the Library to open the edition, copy the link, download the file, or print it.
Assign Editions to Categories
In My Library under My Editions, go to the Libraries subsection.
Select an edition and assign it to the appropriate category.
And now you are set!
