What is My Subscription?
My Subscription gives you the information on your subscription with DCatalog such as how many editions you have used, when your subscription expires, when it started, how to cancel the subscription, and how many more editions you can add based on your subscription.
To access this information:
- Go to Account
- Click “My Subscription”
In the My Current Subscription box, you can see what plan you are subscribed to and the percentage of it that you have used. Below, you can see the start and end date of your subscription, as well as the total subscription and the current number of slots you have left.
If you wish to update your subscription, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
