What is My Subscription?
My Subscription gives you the information on your subscription with DCatalog such as how many editions you have used, when your subscription expires, when it started, how to cancel the subscription, and how many more editions you can add based on your subscription.
To access this information:
Go to Account
Click “My Subscription”
In the My Current Subscription box, you can see what plan you are subscribed to and the percentage of it that you have used. Below, you can see the start and end date of your subscription, as well as the total subscription and the current number of slots you have left.
Billing Information/Cancel Subscription
Billing Information is directly under the My Subscription box.
Under Billing Information, you will see the information about your account, including start and end dates and your account status.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, simply press the red Cancel Subscription box and follow the prompts to finalize the cancellation. Once you have successfully cancelled your subscription with us, you will receive a follow up email confirming the cancellation.
