Why do I see a white space around my edition?

Why do I see a white space around my edition?

Please refer to the pdf specs:
The file needs to be as single page cropped, no double page spreads, and remove all crop marks if any.
Make sure your file is cropped to single pages, not in spreads, then upload again.
