Upload a new edition/PDF

When you are ready to upload your PDF, click on My editions on the Main Navigation bar to the left, after selecting My editions, then click on New Edition.

1. Within Upload a New Edition, select the template name from a drop down menu, OR enter a new template name.

Select Template: if there is already a PDF uploaded to the account, you will see a Select Template box

New Template

If you need to upload a new template, choose New. If you want to upload an existing template, choose Select Template and scroll to the template name you would like to utilize.

2. Next, enter the edition title.

3. Once you have named your template and edition, upload the PDF file.

4. When your PDF file is finished uploading, you are automatically directed back to the Dashboard.

Check or uncheck the box for Import Table of Contents. The Import Table of Contents box is for those PDFs that already have a TOC within them. You can choose to import that PDF TOC. Keep in mind, however, that the PDF pages will not line up with the digital edition (as it will not present in single pages), so if you have an extensive TOC within the PDF, you may want to uncheck that box, and add the TOC from the admin.

Choose to import PDF comments or not. Leave unchecked to not import comments from the PDF. Keep in mind that you can enter in notes and feedback within the admin itself as well.

PDF File upload: Please note that the trial account is defaulted to our Elite Package and limited to 500 pages per PDF file.
