How can we update the current version of the book to reflect this new version without losing all the effort we spent?
How can we update the current version of the book to reflect this new version without losing all the effort we spent on hyperlinking the table of contents, adding interactive elements, adding the loading logo, etc.?
In order to keep your work, first upload the new version with the same name as the current version. To help tell the difference, you can put a modifier such as V2 in the edition title (you can remove this modifier once you complete the edits).
Make sure you upload this new version into the same template as the previous work. This will help keep some of the design settings.
Next, copy all of the other design settings in each section into the new work.
Once you have copied all of the settings and your edits are finshed, you can remove the modifier from the edition title, deactivate the old link and activate the new.
