Viewing your team's Activity in Your Account

What is the Operation Log in DCatalog?

The Operation Log is a feature within DCatalog that allows you to track and review your team's activity inside your account. It provides a clear audit trail of user actions, ensuring transparency and accountability for your digital publishing operations.

Below are the steps on how you can view the operations log:

1. Go to Main Navigation > Account > Operation Log

2. Click the View button to open a detailed activity log. 

Understanding the headers and their Meanings

Purpose of Each Column

• Time – Show when the operation occurred.

• Status – Indicates whether the operation was successful or not.

• UserEmail – Shows who performed the operation.

• View – Displays detailed information about the operation taken.

• ActionName – What was performed.

• Description – A brief summary of the operation.

Finding the Creator and Creation Time of an Edition

To see who created an edition and when it was made:

1. Navigate to My Edition > Editions

Here you be able to Export Active Editions, see the deleted Editions by clicking the toggle switch and details about the each edition.
