What is the Co-Branded Stitchbook?
DCatalog's Co-Branded Stitchbook technology allows dealers, distributors, and sales reps to create highly personalized and professional-looking flipbooks and PDFs, branded with their logo and contact information.
This tool empowers your team to deliver tailored, client-specific experiences with minimal effort and no design skills required.
The Stitchbook tool enables users to select, reorder, and compile pages from an existing edition into a:
  1. New flipbook edition with a dedicated URL
  2. Downloadable PDF

With the new Co-Branded capabilities, users can dynamically insert:
  1. Custom images (logos, profile pictures, etc)
  2. Client or rep details (name, email, phone, company, location, etc.)


All branding and contact details are placed automatically onto any pages, giving your collateral a personal, polished, and on-brand appearance.

What you can customize

1. Custom Logo Insertion [Custom image, branding, Personalized picture]
Upload your company logo, profile picture, etc be prominently displayed on the custom catalog. This allows each edition to reflect the specific branding of the dealer, distributor, or rep.

2. Client Details
Include dynamic fields such as:
  1. Client Name or Rep Name
  2. Company Name
  3. Phone Number
  4. Email Address
  5. Location or Address
These details are auto-inserted into designated placeholders on your catalog. Placement can be configured to match your layout/design.

How to add Dynamic Fields

Your Dcatalog team will assist you with the initial set up but you have the ability to change these fields later. Below are the steps on how to add Dynamic Fields using your admin access.

1. Go to Multimedia Manager


2. Select the template and Edition you want to apply the Dynamic Fields

3. Click on the Dynamic Field icon, then choose weather you'd like to add a text or logo

4. When you click the Logo option, a picture box will be created and you'll have the option to drag it anywhere in the catalog. You can also resize it.

5. Click Text will create a text box and you have the option to choose from the available Dynamic Field names. You can add as many Dynamic Field text and you can also customize the order it will show.

You can also customize the font color, size, color, and opacity of each field.

6. You can preview then save once you are done with the changes.


How to use the Co-Branded Stitchbook

1. Open the Catalog, then click the Stitchbook feature


2. Choose and reorder pages from your edition that you want to include in the Stitchbook

  1. You can manually add pages by clicking the plus sign button
  2. or automatically add a specific page range by choosing the start and end page, then click the the Add Page button
  3. You can also rearrange the pages by dragging each page.


3. Click Publish or Save as PDF

Publish generates a new, shareable digital edition with a unique URL while Save as PDF downloads a branded PDF version directly to your device.

4. Add your customization. You will be promoted to add Logo and the Dynamic fields that were pre-selected.

These will automatically populate designated areas on your catalog. The fields used (logo, name, email, etc.) must be configured during template setup. If you're not seeing these options, contact support to enable them or follow the steps above on how to add dynamic fields.

5. After clicking Publish, you can share Your Stitchbook by clicking:
  1. Open to view the flipbook instantly
  2. Copy to Clipboard to share the link via email, social media, or embed it on your website

  1. View previous Stitchbooks you’ve created
  2. Copy, delete, or reuse existing versions

Your Stitchbook progress is automatically saved in your browser, allowing you to continue curating over time. The history of generated stitch books is based on the browser's cache, meaning they disappear if the cache is cleared.
